Clinic Boundaries

Your appointments are very important to us at The Beauty Factory, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least  24 hours notice for cancellations in order for your deposit to be refunded.

 

WE HOLD A STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.

 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation forfeit of the fee will apply.

- All services must be held with a $50 deposit at booking.

 

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a forfeit of your deposit.

 

- “NO SHOWS” will forfeit their deposit. 

 

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our crew members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. The Beauty Factory policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria we utilize these polices to be able to continue serving the community year after year.

Preparing for your Appointment

New clients - Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment to complete a new client form.

Bookings - All bookings must be confirmed to secure your appointment. A reminder text or email is sent out to you 2 days prior and please respond to this confirming or cancelling your appointment.

Parking- There is plenty of parking in front of our facility.

Late arrivals - Although we do try our best, we unfortunately cannot always accommodate late arrivals. Late arrivals past 10 minutes, where possible we will offer the next available appointment time. If you are driving, please allow more then adequate time for traffic and parking.

Children policy - For the safety of children and comfort of all our clients attending the salon, it is our salon policy that children are unable to attend appointments with you. 

General policies - We kindly ask that you limit the use of your phone and other electronic devices during your service so there is minimal distractions to our estheticians.
